Managed global teams across South Africa, Croatia, Paraguay, and Sri Lanka on integrated systems for web, counseling, and data analytics. Earned HubSpot Inbound Certification along the way.
Consulted on web development projects including WordPress and CMS integrations; provided strategic guidance to small and mid-sized businesses on digital presence and operations; built technical workflows and automation across technology and sales processes.
Coordinated with other technicians and programmers to install or modify six packaging lines around the United States. Promoted collaboration and work-management software to bridge internal and external communication gaps. Reviewed packaging and slicing equipment for functional, structural, and safety concerns.
Monitored processes and quality while ensuring a 20% increase in product flow over a 9-month timeline. Launched and led 12 continuous-improvement projects using the scientific method and Gentex's G4 template.
