CTO at Let Them Live (2023–2024), having progressed through Digital Director, Director of Technology, and IT Manager roles since 2021. Previously led a 50-person production team at Gentex.

Fundraising & Donor Growth

At Let Them Live: nearly 100% YoY revenue growth, a 491% increase in one-time donors, and launched a monthly giving program accounting for ~15% of total donors.

Led technology and marketing strategies that delivered nearly 100% YoY revenue growth and a 491% increase in one-time donors, and introduced a monthly giving program that now accounts for ~15% of total donors. Migrated the donation platform to Fundraise Up for improved donor management and reporting.
